Dave Niles

Dave is a commercial, instrument, single and multi-land pilot with over 2,000 hours of total flight time. Dave served as a demonstration pilot for Cirrus Aircraft prior to joining Lone Mountain Aircraft.

Prior to his aviation career, Dave was a successful sales and marketing executive for Ameritech, a regional telephone company. In over 20 years, Dave held escalating positions in sales, marketing, engineering and operations. His final position was as vice president of marketing for Ameritech’s $6.5B business unit, Custom Business Services, which served the company’s top 200 customers. Dave also concurrently served as the CFO and president-managed services during his last assignment. He retired from Ameritech upon its purchase by AT&T.

A former NCAA student athlete in basketball and tennis, Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management plus an MBA from the University of Detroit.

Dave is a committed Christian who attends Ward Church in Northville, Mich., and who values the opportunity to serve his clients with high integrity and honesty.

He resides in the Detroit, Mich., area with his wife of 34 years and his teenage son. They own and fly a Piper Meridian out of the Oakland Pontiac airport (KPTK). They have also owned two Cirrus SR22s and one Baron 58 prior to the Meridian.
