Mark joined Lone Mountain Aircraft after a broad career in the executive jet market, including positions with leading manufacturers including Learjet, Cessna and Embraer. At Embraer Executive Jets, he was regional sales manager representing Embraer’s complete executive jet product line from the Phenom 100 entry-level jet to the large-cabin Lineage 1000.
His background also includes similar positions at Cessna Citation and Bombardier Learjet. As a result, Mark possesses a unique perspective on the competitive differences of today’s leading executive jet programs.
Additionally, Mark has conducted over two dozen international acceptance and delivery projects.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where he studied under former astronaut, the late Professor Neil Armstrong. Mark’s early career as an engineer at Learjet provided him with a solid foundation and in-depth understanding of the design, construction, testing and operation of high-performance, executive jet aircraft.
As his career progressed, Mark realized that his technical background, coupled with his desire to interface with people more than computer screens, provided him with a unique advantage to succeed in the sales arena of the executive jet market.
In addition to selling scores of new and used executive jets over more than two decades, Mark has also had experience in selling charter and fractional programs. He still enjoys a good technical challenge from time to time, and this perspective positions him well to lead the jet sales responsibilities at Lone Mountain Aircraft. His experience and knowledge will provide Lone Mountain’s customers with a trusted advisor to guide them through their next acquisition, sale, acceptance or consultation project.
Mark is a private pilot and resides in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio. He and his wife Joan have two adult children.
